The Botanical Garden
In 1968, in the south-western part of the monastery's garden, spreading over a specially enclosed area of some 2000 square metres began the planting of the Botanical garden. It boasts more than 250 types of plants among which the following deserve special attention: seven types of mimosa, five types of palms and maple trees, four types of eucalyptus, the Chinese Hovenia dulcis (Raisin Tree), Chinese currants, mango, gingko, etc.
